• This client advocacy consultation helps determine the appropriate scope of work for these subjective categories, offers industry details and guidance on budgets, and provides a ‘Request for Proposal’ that streamlines the hiring of an integration/installation company who then sells the materials and performs the installation.

• Budgeting and construction details for these categories change from project to project especially as time goes on.  Most people want modern technology if it can be discrete and simple to operate.  The work I do outlines these ideas and offers solutions in a comfortable format without a conflicting interest in selling products or selling installation contracts.

• Some language and pricing on proposals can be complicated.  The chore of comparing options or quotations is time consuming for the General contractor.  I provide direction that keeps the owner’s design intent on track.
