As a project collaborator, our conversation starts with someone on the design team or with the homeowner directly. We begin to understand the project as a whole and start to interpret how technology will be included in the spaces. Throughout this process, we provide insight to industry strategies and options, while also supplying budgets and construction details. As we approach decisions, we create a Request for Proposal that will be used as a tool by the General Contractor to hire the local electronics installer integrator. We encourage that relationship and act in an owner’s representative fashion at various stages of the construction. This process philosophy works well with both large projects, and smaller ventures.
